No Ted it could get worse. Right now the Israelis can reduce the amount of terrorism by taking out some of the terrorists. If the terrorists have a real safe haven it could easily get twice as bad, esp. because the terrorist will think that terrorism works. They will see that Israel made concessions in response to terrorism so they figure more terrorism will result in more concessions. Tim
