Maybe some far sighted folks somewhere in Kazak. 1 billion, 100 billion barrels of oil will not last forever. Maybe they will use their oil revenues to build an alternative energy system to come on line when the oil dries up. Not a bad idea. When the lights go out here places like Kazak....will still have TV. ;) MD
