I agree Lindy.The resolutions HAVE to be tuff to get around the musical chairs they played last time.But remember, they did find 95% with the last teams, so the UN will be hesitant and suspicious about anything they consider might undermine the new inspections.

Statements like these don't help much:

Not exactly diplomacy when negotiations are taking place, unless it is the administration's intention to swamp the issue from the get go.I wouldn't put it past the hawks, and they don’t seem to give a damn anyway.
