that same 38% probably do not who the president of the United States is! What or who could rely on a poll like this.. I doubt the people they asked have any idea of implications etc... Have you heard of Americans going to Europe and pretending to be Canadians as the Europeans like Canadians but do not like Americans.... My cousin fed me this one from British Columbia... first I heard of it but could understand it.
