Gene: The trin in the past few days is indicative of a overbought condition in the short term. At this point, I don't view the longer term trin as bullish in this market except for bear market bounces/rallies. Dick Arms and Don Hays are a few that have used a bull market mindset toward the trin to call many false bottoms.
