I thought they already were a leader. Used to be when I wanted thin film analysis equipment I'd look at either Tencor or Prometrix, now that they're one I can't imagine going anywhere else. However, I do Windows, not thin films nowadays, so I'm not as aware of the competition now as I used to be. I'm optimistic about their efforts to take on KLA.
