Firstly, it depends on how one defines "conspiracy" and secondly, on one's own "gut feel".

Since there is no proper evidence and no proper inquiries are held one is left believing whatever it suits one to believe. I suppose there's no accounting for the way one's mind works.

As far as my own bias or prejudice is concerned, I believe nothing that Mr Bush & Co say. And, I might add this is not because I am, by nature or sentiment, anti-American, in fact, the contrary. I have concluded from what I have read and observed that those guys, or perhaps more correctly the guys who are pulling their chains, are scoundrels.

I suppose had their PR been better I might have had another opinion.
