You are right.Time to move all section seven resolutions down into section six, get a strong multinational force, and bring some order to the World that has been ignoring them for years.

Hmmm... the majority of UN resolutions ARE Chapter 6..

However, the resolutions related to Iraq are Chapter 7, or binding resolutions:

Think Israel will enjoy having foreign troops in the Golan?

So long as they're not Syrian, Iranian, Iraqi, or Saudi, they could probably deal with it.

It would certainly put a nice buffer between Hezbollah and Israel, who are currently nose to nose.
