You don't need to do that; I have done enough in the equity market for the both of us. The real estate market is a different matter. I have a very large for sale sign out on my front lawn with an asking price that is about 90% under what my house is currently appraised at. This is my contribution to preventing a re bubble. My neighbors don't seem amused, but I have a duty to save them from themselves.
