They had to get rid of the 70% of the company for a negative value, because they couldn't support the negative cash flow to support the acquisition debt. What is left is being directly managed by the two directors. Bob at Mailstart/webbox which is a small "cash cow" and Geoff doing machines sales and assembly. If the holder of the KW machines debt continues to think it's in his best interest to do nothing and wait and see, the company will continue with positive cash flow. What should the real market cap be, who knows? At the moment any buyer or seller gets raped by the MMs because it is not being actively traded.
