I think we are dealing with a shooter and accomplice in the Rockville area on October 2 and 4. These are nearly drive-by shootings as described in one of the published reports. Then the better shooter took shots in Bowie, Manassas, Fredericksburg, and Masoponax. I still am clinging to my thought that these idiots may be using Route 301 to bypass the the main highways. You can see an escape route from Masoponax on Route 17 to Route 301. You can see the same from Route 50 in Bowie to Route 301. But, who knows
