LOL!! Easy-- its an example of you get what you pay for. I own both Lex & HP printers & multi-machines,, there are good Lex products of which you did not get one. W/O knowing the model of your HP I'd still consider keeping it instead. As an example-- I signed up for 1 yr of Earthlink sometime ago at a discount price. They gave a FREE Lex printer and Mus scanner just for signing. They made Xmas gifts for neighbor kids as they were not worth the effort to connect them to my 3rd 'puter at this location,,, DELL makes a good box (own 2), almost as good as Micron,,, but low end Lex is very low end.. BTW-- watch the time frame ink etc is avail on some of those that few own..
