That was in there buying some in the last hour or so. I saw that the Big Seller seemed to be cooling his jets so I jumped in there buying.

Given that the stock price has now decreased to the level where they did a $4.4 million financing about 3 months ago, where the stock issued in such financing was not registered, I'm now raising this one up to a Strong Buy, with respect to prices under $.25. For $.25 and up its just a Buy. This is your chance to pay the same amount as slobs like me did, but you don't have to sweat out the required year for the stock to become freely tradeable like I do -- you can sell immediately.

We should be hearing about their next well any day now, and hopefully we will hear soon about some sort of insider buying program. They may be waiting for the quarter to get announced first, but since that won't happen for at least another month I hope that they come up with a way to get started sooner. Don't see why they couldn't just put out a release saying whatever they know at this time (a guess about the revenues, etc.) and then announce that they intend to start buying. I'm not an SEC expert but it would seem that this would meet the spirit of the securities laws.
