Nice dividend! What's the catch? Aberdeen Asia-Pacific Prime Income Fund, Inc., is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The portfolio consists primarily of Australian government and semi-government securities. For the six months ended 4/30/02, investment income totaled $63.8 million. Net investment income totaled $54.4 million. Net increase in net assets from operations applicable to Common totaled $89.8 million. Net asset value per share totaled $4.77 as of 4/30/02. What does primarily mean? Is the rest Junk? What does semi-govt mean? (something like FNM?) biz.yahoo.com biz.yahoo.com I could not find NXP or FCO that I saw in other posts. TYPOs or am I just mistaken. Any other plays like these.
