your senator clinton voted to support the
president's deed. she's voting with and for
her constituents...

Did she?

I guess she had to.

Politically she can't go wrong by voting that way.
No backlash against her now even if the volume of the terrorist's bombs gets turned up a few more notches.

I didn't expect her to have balls or a back bone.
She's got a bigger prize in sight.

I did admire the one or two Democrats who were tough enough to stand up and not want to be part of it.
I wish I could find out a list of who voted in which direction.
I forget who is was. Perhaps Joseph Biden who came out and expressed everything that was wrong about giving Shrub that sort of power without saying the obvious that there is an idiot at the wheel of this war machine.

I can no longer look at Shrub as anything other than a wooden Jerry Mahoney doll in a fancy suit.
You can almost see the lines drawn down the sides of his mouth. I'd like to see Cheney and his father's other friends who advise him, all drink some water while Shrub talks. I bet it can't be done with out a gurgle sound.

It's so clear when he is reading what is written before him and when he is improvising on his own. That's when the simple words come out. And words like "justice" and "freedom" are repeated again and again without much of a sentence wrapped around them. Just sort of like broken thoughts or blurbs percolate from that mushy brain of his.

Anyhow, I'm trying to watch less political discussion.
It makes me get itchy.

Instead I watch stuff like that exciting Bronco/Dolphin game on Sunday night in between innings.
What an exciting game. One of the best games this season.
Unfortunately the darn Fish won. But not before an exciting 50-something yard field goal by Elan to put the Broncos ahead with 40-something seconds left.
Then Jay Fiedler with his broken leg takes the Fish down field close enough for the winning field goal.

Did you see it?
