Update: Had a phone conversation with James Stock with Stock Ent. on Saturday afternoon, was out shopping and didn't have my list of questions with me but, this is what I have so far:
1. Authorized shares = 5 billion
2. Outstanding shares = about 2.5 billion
3. Dilution should be over.
4. Relisting on the Nas is 1 plus years away.
5. No merger or partnership with MOT anticipated.
6. Liscense with MOT is exclusive.
7. Details of agreement were not disclosed.
8. Plan to file 10K for 2002, first quarter of 2003.
9. Should see alot more PR's as things progress (monthly)
10. May see R/S in the future if/when needed.
11. Again, Terms of Agreement not disclosed.

Will contact Stock Ent. on Monday with questions posted after Friday.

I will be here for about another hour.
