Now that the 7 million sub target appears to be in the bag, the focus may shift to:

1. wonder what the CPGA was? hope not too high.

2. no further mention of pre-pay plans. that should be good?

3. ARPU for CDMA was substantially higher than GSM, based on the last time Unicom mentioned that number (can't find source right now). wonder if ARPU is continuing to go up or compromised by all the incentives?

4. Handset availability may still be the limiting factor.

5. With 1X scheduled for launch next year, when is Unicom going to switch to all 1X handsets. wonder what percentage of handsets sold today, if any, are 1X for capacity even if they are not data ready.
