Just turned on CNN, and heard that the latest victim worked for the FBI.

We previously talked about sending a message, this makes me wonder if this victim was intentionally sought out. And if so, how did the killer know the identity of this woman.

Secondly CNN is reporting that the "van" in question was seen making a U turn on the interstate and part of the license plate has been identified.

Should be interesting to see what develops from here.
