I don't know what to think about rally because all evidence suggests consumers have slowed their shopping habits
recently. Article on the news the other night. People have their hair cut less often and people shop more carefully at the grocery store. They are substituting cheaper foods. Many people have stopped looking for jobs.

The situation out here is dire. We have to cut back on fire department personnel The county may close
many facilities such as swimming pools and parks.
