I would agree that if we're talking a duo here, we're not talking delivery guys. I'm thinking a two man crew for HVAC, painters, roofers, etc. These guys pretty much arrive at their leisure and stay at their sites until the job gets done, and thus aren't likely to be missed either way. If they got pulled over by the police they'd likely be all scruffy like they just got back from a job, and thus might not arouse much suspicion since they'd have a legitimate reason why they were where they were.
