I still can't get around the fact that nobody has claimed responsibility. If it was terrorism, they would have done something by now to let America know who was doing this to them. Otherwise, what's the point?

If, as I suggested earlier, cells are acting disjointedly and with a sense of urgency - or even (as is conceivable) by single members, so as to more easily evade attention - would a single or pair of terrorists, acting alone and via their own playbook, have the means to claim responsibility?
