Well, I must say Al Quaida didn't take credit for 911, they denied it. I believe there are other examples of silence from them, no? For the White house to rule Al Quaida out when asked would be silly without compelling evidence. I truly don't believe Al Quitda will be or has been pointed at in this case, for political reasons. In general in fact, Al Quaida is simply on reporters minds, and naturally the President's too(if often just in response).

What I find interesting is that I'd read that this guy with the Tarot card, the sniper manual, the jihad note, and the weapon was released! Perhaps this goes unquestioned in the media because the strategy is to watch this guy awhile and see if he's stupid enough to think he can freely communicate with anyone he may at times communicate with.

If my suspicion above were correct, it would be clear that authorities are pointing AWAY from an Al Quaida link to this guy from Baltimore, and thus to the current shooter(no one even asks of the significance of the jihad note, that I've heard), for investigative reasons. Hey, but what do I know? Not much!
