The the States, Counties , and Cities make up for their "under funded" pension funds
by jacking up taxes , while Bush talks of tax cuts.
And where they can't jack up taxes they jack up appraisals to get more bang out of
the rate..
And damm I thought the Lotto was to get rid of Taxes,
( it might do it someday ) when we become a 3rd world
Country. ( it's coming but won't be called as such,)

I just got a special notice.
There is so much property at the Sheriffs sale now that
hasn't sold, they are doing away with the min bid..
and putting it back on the market,
saying gives us anything we just need it back on
the tax rolls.
Stuff that had 3&4k min bids can now be bought
for 3 or 4 hundred.

Real-estate has to crash and burn before this
bear is over & there is no way out of it.
