mind you I have a high FICO score

I assume that's a credit score. Here's a good story. My auto insurance went up 20% four months ago, so I had my agent shop it. It turns out that some insurance companies are now using your credit history as a factor in setting rates. The customer service rep at my agent said she had never seen anyone put in their "best" classification. Not only were my new company's rates cheaper than my expiring policy, they were 20% lower than my old one.

Anyway, my guess is that the particular financial institution you want to know about is the super-regional mentioned in one of our prominent poster's posts: Fleet.

I got a mail solicitation, but I think you can apply right at their web site. Note that I had to take the 70% loan-to-value option to get this rate, and now that I am thinking about it maybe I should have been willing to pay a higher rate to get 100%, but what the hell, I don't expect to use it anyway.
