I agree w/all of that. OFF TOPIC>> The only thing I would add is:
terrorist activity (or potential(!) terrorist activity) can never be viewed as comparable to an organized army invasion, be it propagated by American extremists, nuts, or foreign nationals.. the lines are too fine and you have well expressed the inherent dangers in your post.
Having said this much, I feel that I really need to stay away from political issues in this forum, as I do have strong feelings about some issues, many of which I suspect would not necessarily be aligned with most here. I will also say that in many ways I am quite empathetic to the libertarian perspective -and have lived in Montana for many years! ;-)
Otherwise my outlook is probably way left of many here. I would not want anyone to think that these differences detract in any way from my appreciation of their character, brains, interests, loyalty, convictions, affability, aura, sense of humor, or trading ability.. <all meant quite seriously..>
..and after all, I am engaging in the cosummate capitalist activity here ;o)
