Any guesses about where the current rally tops?

Intel and Novellus news mean tomorrow will be down, but is that the end of this week-long rally? It sure has the smell of a bear market rally, fast and furious.

The July and August rallies failed at 15, which is also where the 200DMA currently is.

That may be too optimistic a target, though, as it would be a near-doubling off recent lows. I'm trying to decide where, in the 12-15 range, to sell my current position. Above 15, I'm comfortable shorting CSCO.

Thinking about shorting QCOM, also, if they get to 40.
