Why can't "needy females" take responsibility for their own birth control? If they took responsibility, they would reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies and have control over their own bodies. Conservatives do not believe in "keeping 'em barefoot and pregnant." They don't want to be in charge of women's reproductive functions. Abstinence is safe. Sex isn't.
