They were originally made public in March. secfilings.nasdaq.com If the point of the milestones was to get us to "hang in there for a year," well, we've seen the stock price decline another 75% since March. <<But lucky they don't have to go to a bank for credit, they have papa berg>> I can't imagine (1) a bank providing them with credit in the first place, or (2) the terms of any credit from a bank being worse than the current (floorless) line of credit from "papa berg." You can't do much worse than 20% dilution in return for a couple of months of cash burn.
