In Indonesia, that means electrodes connected to the testicles. Or worse. But, they do get quick results.

I watched Sippowitz "Tune up" a wife beater on a new episode of my favorite show, "NYPD Blue" tonight. It is amazing that they can get away with that type of behavior on the show, week after week, with no public outcry.

OTOH, in real life, the NYPD is are going to have to let some convicted felons go who "confessed" to a NY rape that it turns out they did not do.
