Todd, Don, and all:

I just listened to the conference call (replay @ 800-642-1687, ID# 504652). Carla Niemeyer (??) asked the US Data/Nation Media questions, namely, what's up?

I think it was Pete Musser who responded, and here's what I heard (re: NM):

- "They're doing some interesting things," mostly looking at strategic partnerships, cutting costs

- but it is the slow season for thier business, and there's nothing SFE can do about that

- NM is not a big part of SFE's holdings, only 200K shares (@ $4.00), but they have warrants for 1.9M @ $4.80

- they also have 3 SFE members on the board, and they want Bob Verratti back at SFE, (so they probably want a quick resolution)

- And SFE are committed to its shareholders.

Then Don Caldwell (I think) added than NM is a small slice of portfolio with small downside and good upside. Also, "We appreciate that people may have followed us into this investment."

That's pretty much what I took from the conference regarding NM. I think they are committed and have a lot to gain, but. . .

Other comments?
