Do you have any evidence to suggest they shoot people? They are serious about Area 51. They bought up extra land surrounding it to keep people from using telescopes and high power lens on cameras, to see what was going on. They have signs stating you could be shot. If a commercial plane flys over its space, it could be shot down. If you don't believe me, then you try to enter the area. You'll get the evidence first hand.
