WIND is selling near Tangible Book(TB), but the key concern is that revenues have been declining and cash flow is negative. These factors could continue to reduce TB. Embedded applications are going to thrive, however, WIND's customer base has a significant exposure to the Telecom industry and until this industry turns, I find it hard to envision WIND turning the corner. WIND will directly benefit from an increase in IT spending, so you need to use your crystal ball to figure out when this situation will improve.
