That's a waste of time. I'd rather stick to my Israeli terrorism theory. The hit(wo)men who are terrorizing the Washington area are likely Mossad SLEEPERS. That means that they think they're invulnerable because of their social/professional backgrounds. They're part of the "American family" and they don't worry about anyone suspecting them... Anyway, I think demographics is the key: the sharpshooter must be in his/her late 20s or early 30s and they're US residents living in the area, that is, within 100 miles of the crime scenes. Is it THAT difficult for the IRS, Social Security and other agencies to list all the people who fit those demographic criteria? Next step: keep only those who might have a connection to Israel (who travelled to Israel during the past 3 years --unlikely for first-grade sleepers)
