It sure will. I am watching the "Sniper" situation and one thing concerns me about the information we now have. It does not look like a "Nut Case" to me. We appear to have a two man Sniper team operating. That would indicate, to me, an organized effort to terrorize the population in the Washington area. This could well be an "Al Queda" operation.

Remember, they are looking for new ways to get at us. TWT.
