Not sure if a Muslim fundamentalist would write "I am God" as a message :) It would be serious sacrilege for them. Besides, while Tarot cards might have come in origin from near the Arab peninsula, pictures (especially facial depictions) of humans is a Very Bad Thing for strict followers of Islam. (Originates from a distaste of the Prophet for Christian icons and his wish never to be thus worshipped). And I vaguely remember that the Death card had a hung guy or some other depiction of a dead man.
