What exactly does "controlled by the Israelis" mean? All out invasion? The IDF is already occupying every town in the West Bank but Jericho and Bethlehem and Hebron. What the IDF expects is an explosion from Hamas in Gaza, which would prompt the Israeli invasion of Gaza that was all set to go a couple of months ago, but was called off at the last minute.
