AG Edwards downgrades to Hold citing no near term catalyst now that restructuring has been announced, continued weakness in customers and potential for delisting.

Still impressed with growth in this environment and do not belive bankruptcy should be a concern for near-intermediate term given should be cash flow positive next year.

I love these guys. They go from a $10 target to Hold. Not sure what to think about FNSR at this point.
