argue we are exactly doing the same with our foreign aid to Israel.

I don't like it, even though it all comes back to our Defense Contractors. The two Billion to Egypt really pisses me off. Straight Bribery. State claims it is transparent, but I still believe that a lot of it ends up in Swiss Bank Accounts. Don't even get me started on the money we have wasted in Africa and South America.
