By the way, Ted, what did you think of AMD's Q3 earnings (losses) release? The good news is that they're expecting a return to break-even by Q2, mainly through aggressive cost-cutting. The bad news is that they slipped Hammer yet again to Q2 2003.

Meanwhile, AMD really seems to be going after servers now. This is exactly what I told you, that AMD needs to climb here in order to survive. Hammer is just the vehicle to do it, especially since the relatively low volumes of this market makes their SOI problems a moot issue. ;-)

Now if they can only get those parts above 1.4 GHz ...
