Douglas, one thing I've wondered about is if we have developed projectiles that will take out Saddam's underground bunkers. I've read a blurb or two to indicate we could have them. If so a Saddam take-out might be fairly clinical. Wipe out Saddam's centers and remaining Iragi resistance would more than likely crumble and amount to nothing.

Not many Clinton likers over here, but his Balkan campaign was very surgical. The accuracy and reliability of the latest war gizmos are amazing, and it seems an ever increasing problem is the element of human error.
