" living under a socialist government..." You didn't say whether you would mind living in a Scandanavian country...they're considered pretty socialist. Ever visited any of them??? Very high standard of living, arguably higher than ours.... re: the 28 year old... Again you provided no details of his job situation...did you ask any questions of your friend or just jump to conclusions and assume the guy is a loafer who doesn't want to work. You say he's an IT guy....the hi-tech business is in deep do-do right now, I'm sure you know that though...where does he live and how long has he been out. And if he doesn't want to work why was he willing to service you machine?
