Ballistic markings could include propellant tracing

BS.

I'm telling you that the Second Amendment says: "A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." The first clause is superfluous, but I'm not going to debate it with you. The second clause is perfectly clear.

In US v. Miller the USSC went at great length to point out that the first clause established the context in which to interpret the 2nd amendment. As of this date, that decision has not been overturned.

But I didn't ask you what the 2nd amendment was or even challenge whether the 2nd amendment is an individual right. I assumed that you believed it was. So in the context of an individual right to bear arms, I repeat the questions?

Is it correct that you are telling me that people have the right to carry a weapon anywhere they want? In State and municipal government buildings, in Federal buildings, in airports, in the White House, in Congress, in courts?

If not, then there is no infringement.
