Inside the mind of the enemy is the best place to be if you are in a mind to fight them. If he is a nme then he is a strange nme in that few such will snipe in a strange territory. Urban areas are vulnerable however. One shot and retreat shows he is thinking in terms of his survival. The "I am god" taunt indicates a possible psychopathic or conscienceless personality or one that aspires to be. This could of course may be calculated to mimic ordinary crime. A real Muslim, for instance would never presume to say that. He might think of himself or say, that he was a warrior of god, but never that he was him. This kind of blasphemy is so foreign to their nature that in ordinary circumstances they would never even think of it. It would be akin to us blitherating a scad of scatological terms in reference to the person of Jesus. Not undoable but extremely rare in its taboo nature.
The tarot card is extremely imitative of urban psychopathic criminals, who are almost universally white, and probably from the military and California. There have been no black of arab psychopathic serial killers ever captured or in literature. 90% of serial killers come from California. Most have professional distant fathers and many have worked in metal industries, have mbd and were formerly in military or rejected from military or paramilitary organizations.
The profile of the serial killer is a white male, british/german/slav descent, either ectomorphic or slightly mesomorphic, physical, withdrawn, lives alone or with a single parent, few female friends. Father was a distant cold executive or graduate engineer or scientist. The killer aspired to be a policeman or army enlistee. He served several years, and was possible discharged for personality reasons. Or he repeatedly applied and was rejected for a slight in his mind, defect at police or military service. In the past he worked at metal plating plant of chrome plating job or worked in a garage. He may do odd jobs and travel frequently. He is not native to the immediate environs the crimes are committed. He lived for a long while on the west coast. Dual or team serial killers are not unknown. In this the two are separated by about 15 years and are related. They share common passions for military or gun related things. The younger of the duo may be the instigator or the one who carries out the crime. They may travel about 100 or more miles to do the crimes. In all ways the killer or killers appear ordinary and quiet. Their appearance in general terms is not terribly out of the norm in dress or hirsute appearance but may be seen to be poorly imitative.
Unlike the cause oriented person who may effect a wild or unconventional appearance as part of their rebellion. This may be mitigated if the people are trained militarily or are agents. The psychopathic person is in all respects completely normal but may have odd repetitive speech habits, odd almost invisible ritual habits and express an obsession with morbid topics. They almost always experience neurotic frustration and break down under social pressure. As a consequence they avoid society and are often recluse. Their reaction to normal motivations in hypothetical circumstances is almost always reward driven without any thought of consequence or means. This is the basis of their irrationality.
The killings may be in the case of a solitary individual driven by recent trauma or rejection, either imagined or real, or recent failure as in school failure or imminent realized failure. (We are near mid terms for many Universities.)
These crimes however do not appear prima facie to be serial killer crimes. They do not appear at first glance to be driven by obsession of the deranged kind in that they are individually planned with a getaway involved, and not random in that respect. The texas tower killings were a related type but suicidal. There is a many-enemy blame-obessesion operative in this type of crime. The shoot and getaway is unique in serial killing or even mass murder crimes. Most do not have that MO. This is an interesting hybrid and in that it does not focus on, but appears to imitate some of the nature of serial criminals it may be just that, imitative with some other purpose. A purpose motivated crime points to an individual of much higher motivation and more cleverness in terms of execution, which reflects the survivability co-efficient of the crime.
