Mq..The reason I'm getting interested is that it seems that there might actually be quite a bit more value left over for shareholders after the debt is paid to the FCC and creditors than is reflected in the share price. Verizon et al were willing to pay 16bil not that long ago. Could we assume that they might be willing to pay 50% now, 8bil? Might NXTW actually build something with Q's help? I think there are only 377mil shares trading at 2 bucks which equals approx 785mil plus debt of some 4.6-5bil for total enterprise value today of 5.5-6 billion. So you see if they sold the spectrum for 8 billion there might be 2.5-3.5 bil dollars left for shareholders, ie 6$/share or more. (I'm being deliberately vague and loose with the numbers because I'm still not sure what the actual numbers are). And it's my impression that the Court seemed very skeptical of the govt's case. Interesting no?
