Mr Don Ross reports
The company has created a new subsidiary, Interactive Processing Corp,
headquartered out of Curacao, Dutch Antilles.
IPC will develop gaming software for its clients as well as develop a
3-dimensional entertainment and casino web site.
To aid in the financing of this venture, Flying Disc has completed a private
placement to Pan Pacific Group NV, for $200,000, NAG Alliance Group for
$150,000 and Nodem Capital Corp for $150,000 for a total private placement of
$500,000 for 2,000,000 shares priced at $0.25, which private placement was
completed on July 17 1997.
The International Wagering and Gaming Business News estimates the market for
online gaming to reach US$25 billion by the year 2000.
IPC will also provide financial processing services including Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and debit processing so that its clients can receive funds from
these sources. Flying Disc will create graphical user interfaces to support its
processing activities for its targeted niche market.
Upon completion of this private placement, Flying Disk will have 17,183,918
shares outstanding.
