yes you are correct. i don't care CRB; rummy index that is being driven higher by oil/natgas and foodstuffs, which are higher due to environmental factors (war premium for fuel; decades-worst weather for foodstuffs) not due to 'inflation'. i still expect the 10-year to have a 2-handle by June '03. Cheers
