Oh boy. I just realized I replied without reading. I just saw your original question and even though you used the word 'Nextwave' I was thinking Leap. Therefore, ignore my comments as being in the wrong stream answering a question that wasn't asked. It's easy to post in the wrong stream - lots of people do it, so I deny the imminent onset of senility.

I have no idea on Nexwave's value. Sorry for the waste of time and space. The Supreme Court [and other courts] are opaque bodies which seem capricious. Using the same laws, they seem able to come up with anything they feel like. jewishworldreview.com

The USA Constitution doesn't change a lot, but it has embraced slavery, segregation, homosexual suppression, abortion, no abortion, no booze, booze, no dope, dope, no porn, porn. Anything goes, and usually does.

My wild guess on spectrum value is that Nextwave's is back to the original bid. Or, maybe even less. My guess is that the FCC should be grateful if they get the original bid, without interest. My wild guess is that the Supreme Court will direct that the original bid be paid and will deem that a fair deal.
