This is unfortunate. Saddam can now allow sham inspections, then when the US calls for a new UN resolution he will try to delay it and then say ok now we will really let inspectors work, meanwhile another year goes by with no resolution.

Aahh...that elusive resolution. Two more years and we may not have to worry about it at all. One hopes.
