Neither party should make charges with no facts. You (a demo?) state it as a legitimate strategy. It is not, and I am against it if either party does it. The problem for me is that I see demos doing it constantly (as you illustrate), and have very few examples of repubs doing it. A good example. Jesse Jackson and crew being brought in to Florida to make charges of black's votes being suppressed. Not true, no evidence. Another is the constant barrage of lies on this thread about Bush being a criminal with no evidence. That is what started this silly exchange. Anyway, the point is you think it is a legit tactic, and I KNOW it is not. You and your party have no honor. The ends justifies the means in every case. Creepy, disgusting and UN-AMERICAN.
