Nadine - You and I are not qualified to pass judgement on these issues, I feel. The lawyer who wrote that opinion is well aware of all you are saying (as is anyone else who has read a paper or watched TV in the past year) and that is his legal opinion. I do not feel qualified to criticize it. >So were we fighting the Taliban or Al Quaeda? My feeling would be that it shouldn't matter (as my lawyer friend has said) but, again, I am not a lawyer.
